I thought you might enjoy it as much as I.
It's an amazing tale. (No pun intended.).
Truly, a wonderful story.

Welcome...we're lucky to have you!!!
To live content with small means...to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion...to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not rich...to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly...to listen to stars and birds, to babes and sages, with open heart...to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasions, never hurry...in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious...grow up through the common...this is to be my symphony.
---William Henry Channing
Note: Words to live by. This poignant quote touches me more now than when I used it in my first book, Frugal Luxuries, Bantam Books, NY, NY, in 1997.

Wow, how touching! Jack is Maya's guardian Angel. God sent that dog to her. it's a miracle the way animals can sense danger. i know her family is just happy to have him around. that's why i love animals so much, especially dogs. he is so adorable too. it's amazing how he can bring out the best in her. they say she is talking more, what a blessing. it is also amazing how he responds to her when she is having a seizure. this was a very inspiring post. thanks Tracey you always share the best things.
God Bless,
Charmaine
Just goes to show everything and everyone has a purpose! How are you my friend? Not tootling around blogland as much as I would like, but today is overcast with the first touch of autumn in the air and I have one of the daisies at home with an end of summer cold so once I get one of his brothers to work and his other brother to school we are coming home to hang out, him in front of tv and me in the sewing room!!!

Hi Tracey I ried to post a few days ago but for some reason it wouldn't accept it. So here goes again. thnaks for stopping by this morning I am a bit shell shocked working every day now but it is nice to be home at 3 with the little boys - mind you yesterday I left themw ith their brother and went back to work until 6pm but that couldn't be helped.
I thought the idea was fabulous it kind of isn't as scary when you know it is just one a day and like David says who can stop at that - the one a day is get you inot the habit I suppose.
