Order from Chaos™ : Organizing~Inspiration & Delicious Eye Candy

Hello my kind friends! I have been so busy lately with a bit of business and extended family visiting from out of state...thus the quietness of my recent blog postings!!! In spite all the activities... I am keeping the back of my mind open to ideas for my current and upcoming projects! As you may have been able to deduce from these images, home order is on my mind as of late! More specifically, organizing the Gift Pantry and Entertainment/Party Pantry (s) so that I'll be able to ease the stress on time and budget during the upcoming holidays! Hope you enjoy these lovely images as much as I do!!!

Wishing you a happy, safe and festive Hallows' Eve weekend!

Love and good thoughts to all.

Warmly,

Tracey and Family

I really like that glass front cabinet.

I love having everything organized. But alas, I'll have to wait a bit until the renos are done.

You've given us some lovely inspiration. Have a beautiful weekend.

Me too Debbie. I especially like the gray paint on the outside against the crisp white of the inside.
In fact, that picture has me on the lookout for a similar~shaped cabinet...I've already added it to my yard sale/thrift shopping list!!!

Tracey what lovely images and lots of inspiration to get things in order! I got the butler's hallway cabinet organized a few weeks ago though it looks nothing like these beautiful pictures! I do have all my vases, candles, and candle holders in 1 place now though!!

I have been busy getting the food and clothing pantry that we are starting up and organized. Our first day for the clothing pantry is Thursday and I have lots more to do before we turn the open sign!

Looking forward to seeing your new projects your are working on!

Oh Mary Ellen, what you're doing with your pantry projects is so inspiring. I wish I lived closer. Your guest bedroom makeover (for a mere ten dollars) was probably the most frugally luxurious makeover I've ever seen! What blessings that lovely antique furniture is/was. Also, have to say that your fire starters tutorial is amazing! You make it look so simple. I would love to post a picture and a link to it! Good thoughts and prayers to you my friend.
Love and hugs,
Tracey

Hahaha...you're so funny Dana! Yes...still we create even in the chaos!!! Yet...every once in a while I have to bring the chaos to order and then start messing it up again (if for nothing more than just seeing what treasures are hidden in those clutter piles ;)))!
Good to hear from you my friend!

"FRUGAL LUXURIES: Simple Pleasures to Enhance Your Life and Comfort Your Soul" was written by Tracey McBride and published by Bantam Books, NY, in 1997. It was the first of its genre to synergize the elements of simplicity, frugality and gracious living.

After more than a decade, FRUGAL LUXURIES has never been out of print and is now more relevant than ever.

"It's our hope that a new generation, faced with a teetering economy, will also find this information helpful and enlightening."
