For the Love of a Vessel...or two...or three...or....
Shakespeare tells us that "the empty vessel makes the loudest sound".
Personally, I can attest to the truth of his timeless wisdom in that my own scattered collection has been shouting at me for months. Their wish? To be reunited. (Photo above is a small portion of our very useful collection.)
While at it...I decided to collect my menagerie of chandelier crystals in a lidless apothecary jar for easy access. (Such a charming jar of positive energies...don't you think?!) While so doing I sought the wind of inspiration and spent far too much time combing the web seeking like~minded souls who've used vessels...both humble and grand...to create their own Order from Chaos! (Please see photos below for my discoveries!)
Sending good thoughts and love to all...as always!

so pretty! would love to start a lovely little collection of goodies on some open shelves. Surely I can do this. Will have to give it some thought - thanks for the inspiration!
All inspiring..you had me Googling a Sea Green camera:) So cute..and all the vessels:)
Hi Diane...jars are often to be had for a song so these ideas are such good ways to repurpose those that might normally find their way into a landfill!

P.S. I'm still chuckling over your just for laughs post...love your dry humor. :)
Thank you so much dear Monique! Such praise coming from you.
I so loved your last three posts...what a creative soul...what a poet you are.

You are so kind Clarice, thank you so much for the warm welcome back. I've missed you all too!!! Now that my self~imposed sabbatical has come to an end I believe I have more of a handle on the balance between internet use and getting things done. (Sorry to mix metaphors! ;) I definitely will be back to much more regular posting! Speaking of posts...I just loved your post on outdoor living, you are so lucky to have such space and beauty surrounding you.
Love to you my friend.

So very pretty. You sure know how to pull a collection together.

Hi Tracey, you're so sweet. You know how it is when you see something so crazy that you just have to take a picture~ Anyway, thanks again for the inspiration...I've given it a try in my dining room - it's such a big room and the dresser needs big things on top. So I thought I would fill some extra large vases with assorted trinkets. Still pondering....takes me forever to get things looking right :)
Why thank you Sam!!! And may I say, you sure know how to put a recipe together! I'm off now to try that delicious salad recipe you posted a few days ago!
Warmly,
Tracey
