....Remember to tell others that you appreciate them. If someone has helped you in any way (the person at the market, your husband, wife, child) thank them and tell them specifically "I appreciate your help." Appreciation is food for the soul.
People are the most wondrous creations....each individual is unique and has a right to be treated as such. Everyone enjoys being greeted by name and given special treatment of some kind, however small the gesture.
